I have a 10 gallon with ball valve and have been extremely happy with the quality. Handles are on good and strong and the steel is thick enough. Have used it at least 15 times so far and have had no issues with it.
What is the quality of Bayou Classic in terms of the competition? I’m looking to pick up a 15 gallon set-up (stainless false bottom, screen, and ball valve) from them and was wondering if I should pick one up.
I’ve never owned one, but I have generally heard great things about Bayou Classic Kettles.
