As of this posting Some Local Wal-Mart Stores have this starting at $9.  One store in my area has this for $9, another has it for $19.  I’m marking this YMMV (Your mileage may vary) because availability and pricing is varying dramatically based on location.  Check your local Wal-Mart store for up pricing and availability.
