Grain:
- 2 row malt 11.5 lbs 77%
- White Wheat malt 2.7 lbs 18%
- Flaked Oats 0.8 lbs 5%
Hops/Other:
- Idaho 7 1.4 oz at Whirlpool
- Passionfruit Puree 1.7 lbs at terminal gravity
- Black Currant Puree 1.6 lbs at terminal gravity
- Vanilla Bean 1.0 bean at terminal gravity; soak for 48 – 72 hours
Water/Yeast:
- Mash Efficiency: 72%
- Mash temp: 153
- Target mash pH: 5.2
- Yeast Strains: 25% Lallemand Sourvisiae / 75% Lallemand East Coast
- Fermentation Temperature: 68° F
