Getting Started On The BrewZilla

  1. Assemble and clean\
    1. Assembly is pretty easy per the instructions
    2. Rinse with water then do a PBW soak/wipe off and rinse again
      1. Pro tip put on the return arm to clean pump and arm (see below)
  2. Change Temperature from C to F
    1. When Plugged in Hit Power button to turn on
    2. Hold down Temp till it beeps (about 3 full seconds)
  3. With some water in it we practiced
    1. Manual mode (default mode) SEE CONTROL PANEL IMAGE BELOW
      1. Running the pump (with the return arm on)
      2. Ramping up temp
        1. Press Temp – should have blinking number
        2. Press + to go up
        3. Press – to go down
          1. Pro tip, press and hold to go fast
