Fill bottles of beer, directly from your tap/faucet with this innovative counter pressure filler.
Improves upon standard counter pressure fillers, as it plugs DIRECTLY into your draft system faucet (tap). Most solutions require you to hook up a separate liquid line, which is not something standard draft systems have setup and requires additional prep (i.e. more time). With the Tapcooler, you can have it setup and ready to go in less than a minute!
Connecting your CO2 line is also a snap. You can either hook up directly with a 3/16 in. push-fit line, or connect your line to the included barb fitting.
With the Tapcooler design, your beer AND CO2 are filled from the bottom of the bottle through the telescoping bottle connection tube. First CO2 flows down into the bottom of the bottle to flush from the bottom up. Next you open the tap and beer flows down the same tube, filling from the bottom up. The result is a more effective purging of oxygen and little to no foam during the filling process.
The filler features a push button CO2 purge valve which allows you to purge the bottle of oxygen before & after filling. It also includes an adjustable pressure relief valve, giving you the ability to change the filling speed. The pressure relief valve also acts as an overflow port for excess beer/foam to escape when filling.

The Tapcooler allows you to easily counter pressure fill bottles via your compatible forward sealing faucet.

I know of some homebrewers that use new bottles for every batch while some use new bottles for competitions and others buy new bottles and re-use time and time again. Put one of these on (purge the headspace by squeezing if you want to) and then pressurize for transport. This should help to reduce oxygen pickup and maintain carbonation levels.

One of the questions that arises on these type of carb caps, is… does it work with both liquid and gas posts? Some models are universal fit and some work only with gas posts. For draft line cleaning projects to work well, at least in my opinion, the carb cap that’s used needs to be universal. Bottle Capping Problems? Replace Your Capper Crimping Cup

Bottle cappers have replaceable crimping cups/crimping bells for a couple different reasons. First, you may want to crimp different size crowns. Second… these can become warped and misshapen.

When bottle conditioned beers don’t carbonate here are my troubleshooting steps

Warm up the bottles. The vast majority of the time “my beer won’t carbonate” is because the beers are stored too cold. Yeast need some warmth to be roused up and encouraged to ferment bottling sugars. I generally recommend a couple degrees (F) warmer than your fermentation temperature.
Not enough priming sugar – If you under primed you’re going to get under carbonated beer.
Priming sugar not equally dispersed. This one can be diagnosed by bottles that are over carbonated and others that are under carbonated. To fix this on your next batch make sure to add dissolved priming sugar to your bottling bucket before transferring beer to the bucket. You can also use a sanitized spoon to gently stir the beer to make sure sugar is equally distributed.
Misshapen crimping cup! Crimping cups can become warped over time. The produces an incomplete crimp and allows co2 to escape. That translates to low or now carbonation.

The KegLand Cannular can seamer is one of the most compact and easy to use benchtop can seamers around. The Cannular comes with a die for a size 202 beer can lid. Additional dies will be available in the future, but for right now, only cans with a size 202 lid can be canned on this machine.

SAFE 24 VOLT POWER (OPTIONAL) If you have ever used a can seamer you would know that you can sometimes spill liquids while processing cans. As a result we have made the Cannular machine with 24v DC so even when you make a mess you don’t have a risk of electrocuting yourself. This also makes the machine easier to clean and wash down. An optional step down transformer plugs into any 110 volt outlet. If you do not purchase this optional transformer, you need to get an Anderson Plug twin wire lead so you can feed power into the Cannular Canning Machine. Suitable DC power sources besides transformers include cordless drill batteries, and even car batteries.

Do you having a kegging system with beer faucet, and want to bottle kegged beer? The Nukatap Counter Pressure Bottle Filler is an easy way to fill bottles directly from your beer faucet while preserving carbonation in the bottle. The O ring sealed beer inlet nipple press fits into any beer faucet with 10.0 mm inner diameter spout/nozzle including Nukatap, Intertap, Perlick Forward Seal, and Ventmatic faucets.

For the gas inlet side, a male ball lock fitting is provided, so you can use any ball lock gas connector to attach the C02 purging gas. This gas should be at the same pressure as your kegerator dispensing gas, and should be connected to your kegerator C02 regulator. Not Included: you will need a spare gas line from your regulator kegging system with a female ball lock on it to connect your purging C02 gas.

The integrated counter pressure relief valve gives you control of the counter pressure and thus the filling speed. How fast the bottle can be filled without too much foaming depends on CO2 level, beer temperature and bottle temperature. Keep everything cold for the best results.

Fits all 16 ounce and 32 ounce ‘Grolsch’ style swing top bottles.

This connects directly to your compatible forward sealing faucet (Intertap, Nukatap and more) and allows you to easily counter fill bottles directly from the tap.

This is DuoTight compatible, although you don’t need to use DuoTights throughout your entire tap system to use it.

PET Bottles as Growlers: These are generally intended to convert 1L and 2L bottles to growlers. Fill up a 1L or 2L PET bottle with your favorite homebrew. Put one of these on (purge the headspace by squeezing if you want to) and then pressurize for transport. This should help to reduce oxygen pickup and maintain carbonation levels.
Fine tune or rapidly carbonate beer: You can also use this cap to rapidly carbonate beer. Same process as for transport, just set your regulator to the proper pressure and shake or agitate the PET bottle to help introduce CO2. Or hook it up to CO2 and let it sit in you kegerator.

Sometimes it’s possible to go in a circle, but still be moving forward. For me, that’s occurred with bottling. Like most, I started homebrewing by bottling everything. But I got tired of peeling labels, washing bottles, and the overall chore of bottling 5 gallons of beer from a bucket with a gravity fed bottle filler. So I switched, and have been kegging ever since. The one drawback is it’s not as easily shared with others. I’ve got a few great pressurized growlers that solve my problem for bringing some along to a party, but I didn’t have a good solution for passing on a couple pints to friends or neighbors.

A six gallon food grade bucket for fermentation or bottling with a built in spigot. Outlet barb accepts 3/8″ ID vinyl tubing. To use as a fermenter you will need to pick up the optional lid, stopper, and an airlock. Includes our new Sediment Block Spigot, which will help minimize trub uptake as you rack after fermentation. If using this as a bottling bucket, simply rotate the spigot to maximize product output. Spigot includes gasket and sediment blocking lock nut and can easily be removed for cleaning and sanitizing.

If you use the bucket for fermentation be sure to use care when cleaning. Do not use any abrasive pads that would scratch. Once you get a scratch in a plastic bucket it is very hard to sanitize. This is also why we don’t recommend storing equipment in a bucket between uses as a fermenter. A hot PBW soak is often a perfect way to clean a bucket, followed by a Star San soak for killing bacteria.

Please note:

Buckets are translucent and do not come with lids.
Buckets are not designed to hold pressure.
Lids are not gasketed and so do not always form a perfect, airtight seal. Not intended for long-term storage.
