The next generation WilliamsWarn BrewBottler. This counter-pressure bottle filler allows you to bottle from a ball lock homebrew keg without losing any carbonation. The BrewBottler can accommodate bottles up to approximately 330 mm (13″) in height and 150 mm (5.9″) in diameter. This allows a variety of bottle types to be used, including bottle sizes up to 3L (101 oz.).

Filling
Once the gas and beverage hoses are connected via the simple push-lock fittings on top of the valve, you just open the gas side for a few seconds to pressurize the bottle and purge air, close that and then open the beverage side to allow beverage to enter. With back-pressure in place, the beverage fills without foaming issues or carbonation loss. Pressure release and therefore fill flow rate are controlled by how open the variable pressure valve is set.

A 500ml bottle (1 US pint) can be filled in 40 seconds and a full 5-gallon keg can be bottled in roughly 30 minutes. Since your beer was already carbonated before you bottled it, your bottled beer is ready to consume immediately! And thanks to the purging process, your beer will be exposed to less oxygen and will maintain its original flavor profile for longer. Keep some bottles on hand, send them to your next competition, or take them to a party to impress your buddies.

The Nukatap Counter Pressure Bottle Filler is an easy way to fill bottles directly from your beer faucet while preserving carbonation in the bottle. The O ring sealed beer inlet nipple press fits into any beer faucet with 10.0 mm inner diameter spout/nozzle including Nukatap, Intertap, Perlick Forward Seal, and Ventmatic faucets.

For the gas inlet side, a male ball lock fitting is provided, so you can use any ball lock gas connector to attach the C02 purging gas. This gas should be at the same pressure as your kegerator dispensing gas, and should be connected to your kegerator C02 regulator. Not Included: you will need a spare gas line from your regulator kegging system with a female ball lock on it to connect your purging C02 gas.

The integrated counter pressure relief valve gives you control of the counter pressure and thus the filling speed. How fast the bottle can be filled without too much foaming depends on CO2 level, beer temperature and bottle temperature. Keep everything cold for the best results.

Fits all 16 ounce and 32 ounce ‘Grolsch’ style swing top bottles.

This connects directly to your compatible forward sealing faucet (Intertap, Nukatap and more) and allows you to easily counter fill bottles directly from the tap.

Bottle Capping Problems? Replace Your Capper Crimping Cup

Bottle cappers have replaceable crimping cups/crimping bells for a couple different reasons. First, you may want to crimp different size crowns. Second… these can become warped and misshapen.

When bottle conditioned beers don’t carbonate here are my troubleshooting steps

Warm up the bottles. The vast majority of the time “my beer won’t carbonate” is because the beers are stored too cold. Yeast need some warmth to be roused up and encouraged to ferment bottling sugars. I generally recommend a couple degrees (F) warmer than your fermentation temperature.
Not enough priming sugar – If you under primed you’re going to get under carbonated beer.
Priming sugar not equally dispersed. This one can be diagnosed by bottles that are over carbonated and others that are under carbonated. To fix this on your next batch make sure to add dissolved priming sugar to your bottling bucket before transferring beer to the bucket. You can also use a sanitized spoon to gently stir the beer to make sure sugar is equally distributed.
Misshapen crimping cup! Crimping cups can become warped over time. The produces an incomplete crimp and allows co2 to escape. That translates to low or now carbonation.

I believe this particular model fits some of the most common cappers including Super Agata Italian Bench Capper, Agata Italian Bench Capper and Red Baron Capper Double Lever With Magnet. I think it also fits Black Beauty Cappers.
