Take your beer with you when you go to the beach, camping, a game, or to a party. Our Paintball Tank Mini Regulator fits any standard C02 paintball tank (sold and refilled at sporting goods stores) without the need for adapters.

The system is built around a 0-12 psi C02 regulator that features precise adjustment. This is the regulator to choose if you plan on dispensing your beer and want precise dispensing pressure control, and do not plan on carbonating, which requires higher pressures of 15 to 25 PSI.

The flared outlet on the side can be attached to any threaded female ¼” flare fittings, such as our D03 Gas Connector. Change it into a ¼” hose barb if desired by ordering our D66 Barbed Adapter. The regulator is 3 1/8″ tall when not attached to a Paintball tank.

The regulator does not include a needed C02 paintball tank. These can be purchased at many large box retailers and sporting goods stores, and can also be filled and refilled at these stores inexpensively. They generally come in sizes ranging from 12 ounce to 24 ounce, with 20 ounces being the most popular.

2-Way Gas Line Wye Splitter Beer Soda Co2 N2 Regulator Y Air Fitting 1/4″ Npt

Use to add an additional gas line to your compatible regulator.  This would allow you to pressurize two kegs using the same regulator.  Another way to accomplish this is to use a gas manifold.  Those have the benefit (generally speaking) of having a shut off for each run and many feature check valves to keep gas flowing the right way.  Search Amazon for “co2 manifold” to check out some options.

Notes from HBF: This is an inline secondary regulator.  You still need a primary regulator attached to your CO2 tank.  The idea is, you set the primary to the highest pressure you will use (without exceeding specifications of any component of your system) and then use these regulators inline (one per line) to fine tune pressure and carbonation [See: Balancing Your Draft System].  As an example, you could set your primary to 25 PSI for faster force carbonation and set each line to a different pressure based on desired carbonation level.  Since this does not have a gauge, you need some sort of a gauge to use for tuning this in.  The gauge doesn’t have to stay connected, just while you’re setting the regulator.  This is a perfect application of a Spunding Valve [See: Build a Spunding Valve! – How and Why]

A two pressure regulator gives you the ability to keep kegs at different pressures.  This is a requirement to maintain two distinct carbonation levels.  It’s also handy if you want to force carbonate a keg more quickly, at a higher pressure, while maintaining your standard serving pressure on a keg that’s already being served or if you want to have a utility line for purging kegs and such.

  • Permanent quad-ring seal on inlet nipple helps eliminate leaks, no need to use a fiber washer each time tanks are changed
  • Blow-off is factory set at 55-65 psig
