A heavy helping of Flaked Oats provides a full body and creamy texture, fine-tuned by a late boil addition of maltodextrin.
The out-of-this-world graphic is as much of an inside joke as the name itself. After a long brainstorm of potential beer names, the resulting list had an overwhelming theme of sci-fi and astronomical references. When a coworker remarked that the names didn’t make sense, noticing that there were no additions of Galaxy or Comet, our intrepid kit developers looked at one another, shrugged, looked back at their coworker and said flatly “We like space.”
