I figured that this would pay for itself in beer savings alone. I also had just broken my hydrometer and came to the realization that hydrometers are made of breakable glass that can break! 🙂

In my opinion the original ITC-308 was and is a game changer as far as homebrew temp controllers. In comparison to available controllers available at the time the ITC-308 was released, it offered loads more features, including dual stage control, for a fraction of the price. Game changer! The addition of Wi-Fi control and monitoring to this great controller has made a great temp controller even better. Check out our Hands on Review of the ITC-308.
