Add a 1.5″ TC flange to virtually any vessel!Just drill a 32.5mm to 34mm(about 12.8″ ) hole and tighen the locknut with 2pcs Food grade gaskets.
304 Stainless Construction and High heat compatible silicone gaskets.
The front of the flange does not have flats for a wrench. The easiest way to hold the flange for tightening is to clamp any other TC parts on with the gasket and clamp. Once tight, you can insert a long rod or screw driver into the hole of the wingnut.

The LinkTech 60PS Series is a lineup of premium plastic Quick Disconnects. These High Quality QDs are made from Food Grade Udel® Polysulfone, a high-strength plastic that is temperature tolerant past boiling (280° Max!), and can handle pressure ranging from a vacuum to 125 psi. All of the 60PS Series will interconnect, and these units will also work seamlessly (and leaklessly!) with CPC Quick Disconnects of the same internal 3/8” flow path. O-rings are a Food Grade EPDM Rubber, and internal valve springs are constructed from 316 Stainless steel.
This is a Male Plug, which can connect to any H501 Series Female Sockets. It has 1/2″ Male NPT threading for use with any product equipped with 1/2″ Female NPT.
While not quite as bulletproof as our Stainless Steel Quick Disconnects, this lineup does offer a few advantages. These can be set up with Shutoffs, which will prevent flow when disconnected, and can be incredibly useful on Pump or Glycol systems. The pricing of these products is more economical, yet the plastic is still food grade at and above boiling temperatures. All in all, these are a premium lineup of quick disconnects with great features and lots of options.

CIP (Clean in Place) Spray Balls are generally used for vessels that are too large to move. Since they’re too large to move you… clean them in place. If you have a larger setup, you could incorporate these into your system or routine to help clean your vessels more easily.
Other possible homebrew applications: A CIP ball could be as part of a recirculating or sparging setup or as part of a keg or carboy cleaning setup. Camlock QDs at PFD! I’ve used ProFlow Dynamics Quick Disconnects on my kettles, mash tun, pumps and tubing for a longtime. They have worked great for me. I put male connectors kettles, mash tuns and pumps and use female connectors for tubing. Standardizing on this (or the opposite) means you can use tubing as jumpers and always have the availability to connect your gear.
These are made from Stainless Steel and are available in lots of configurations. Those are classified by Type and Size. Type may mean something in “commercial cam lock fitting circles”, but I was initially confused by this. Types are akin to model numbers. For example, Type A is Female NPT to Male Cam and Groove.
