These Ball Lock Corny Kegs are a sturdy, reliable keg with the MoreBeer! seal of approval. These corny kegs are cleaned, de-labeled, sanitized, pressure tested and guaranteed to hold pressure upon delivery.

Every Ball Lock Cornelius Keg has a 5 gallon capacity and a rubber top and bottom. While these are used kegs with slight cosmetic damages, these light dings and scratches have no effect the keg’s performance. The relief valves, poppets and gaskets on these used kegs are not replaced before shipping, but we sell all of these items separately if you’d like to replace them yourself at home (part numbers KEG540, KEG450 & KEG500). If you’re looking for a truly economical way to serve your beer at home, this Ball Lock Cornelius Keg is a great option.

  • Used keg with minor cosmetic damage only
  • Ball lock corny kegs measure approximately 8.5″ (diameter) x 25″ (height) x 26 1/4″ Height with flare fittings
  • Soda kegs may come with either 11/16 inch body connects or 7/8″ body connects
  • Purchase deep sockets to remove body connects (part numbers KEG991 and KEG992)

Review: MoreBeer’s Soulless Hop, Zombie Dust Clone!

Soulless Hop has ‘Pale Ale’ in its name, but seems more like an IPA to me. The recipe is inspired by Three Floyds Zombie Dust, which tops best beer lists frequently. It’s brewed with 100% Citra hops, and uses a lot of them (5 oz in the boil and 3 oz dry hop). I’ve been lucky enough to have had it a couple times before and loved it, which drew me to try this recipe kit.

This 2.5 gallon corny keg is perfect for the serious home brewer who loves to brew ½ batches, or is just tight on kitchen space. It will fit pretty much anywhere from coolers to backpacks, in your keezer, or in your fridge.

You’ll love the rubber tops on these 2.5 gallon kegs because they have two handles and are easier to stack! It is versatile, travels well and just looks cool!

The quality of these Italian-made cornelius kegs is undeniable. They are welded by laser under inert gas which means there are no nooks or crannies where bacteria can hide. They may cost more than kegs made in China but the quality difference is a perfect batch versus a ruined one. Quality is important because your beer may sit in these kegs for months. If bacteria gets into a bad weld they are going to very hard to kill.

  • High quality Italian made ball-lock style kegs with rubber top and bottom
  • Kegs are 15″ tall, x 8.25″ diameter and weigh 7.5 pounds.

A good transition beer for those individuals used to easy-drinking American styles. This beer has the same bitterness levels (low) as American beers, but is an all-malt product, as there is no rice or corn used. Light golden color. Experience the difference of good taste!
