The Kegmenter is a 31 gallon (118 liter) 304 stainless keg with a 4” diameter tri clover lid with flat lid and airlock. It also features two 2″ tri clamp ports on the base, so you can adapt this to many purposes. 42½” tall, 16″ wide,

The Kegmenter features a 50 PSI rating so it can be used as a keg or as a pressurized fermenter if desired. The 4” diameter lid makes it easy to clean out, and adds the ability to add dry hops and other additives either during a ferment or after kegging.

Note: Like all commercial kegs, these are extremely rugged, but may have small blemishes caused by the box rubbing against the keg during shipment.

This kit will convert all 10 gallon Igloo®, Rubbermaid®, and Gott® round water coolers into an insulated mash tun. Everything is included, the stainless false bottom, valve, connecting barbs, silicone seals, and tubing.

This includes our false bottom with a wort pickup pipe that is held ¼” from the floor of the cooler for maximum efficiency, and a silicone lip for the false bottom to both securely seal it to the cooler bottom and prevent cooler scratches. The included valve has 1/2″ female NPT threads for the inlet and outlet.

Just remove the valve from your existing 10 gallon cooler, and install the bulkhead and valve, and the inside false bottom and hose attachment. Includes a 3/8″ outlet hose barb.

Do you having a kegging system with beer faucet, and want to bottle kegged beer? The Nukatap Counter Pressure Bottle Filler is an easy way to fill bottles directly from your beer faucet while preserving carbonation in the bottle. The O ring sealed beer inlet nipple press fits into any beer faucet with 10.0 mm inner diameter spout/nozzle including Nukatap, Intertap, Perlick Forward Seal, and Ventmatic faucets.

For the gas inlet side, a male ball lock fitting is provided, so you can use any ball lock gas connector to attach the C02 purging gas. This gas should be at the same pressure as your kegerator dispensing gas, and should be connected to your kegerator C02 regulator. Not Included: you will need a spare gas line from your regulator kegging system with a female ball lock on it to connect your purging C02 gas.

The integrated counter pressure relief valve gives you control of the counter pressure and thus the filling speed. How fast the bottle can be filled without too much foaming depends on CO2 level, beer temperature and bottle temperature. Keep everything cold for the best results.

Fits all 16 ounce and 32 ounce ‘Grolsch’ style swing top bottles.

This connects directly to your compatible forward sealing faucet (Intertap, Nukatap and more) and allows you to easily counter fill bottles directly from the tap.

This is DuoTight compatible, although you don’t need to use DuoTights throughout your entire tap system to use it.

Making your own wine is satisfying and easy. As long as you ferment quality juice, keep everything sanitary, and give it enough time to age (3 months or more for whites; 6 months or more for reds), you will get great wine.

Here at William’s, we have developed our William’s California Wine Kits with this philosophy in mind. Our Winemaking Kits include 192 ounces of pure California varietal grape concentrate, condensed at temperatures that never exceed 180 degrees fahrenheit from Central Valley wine grapes picked at their ripe peak in the late summer and early fall. To complement the varietal juice, specially selected dry wine yeast, oak chips, and nutrient are also included as needed. Unlike many wine kits featuring added sugar, this 192 ounces of pure concentrate is all that is needed (except for the yeast and additives) to produce 5 gallons (or, about 24 bottles) of varietal wine.
