The “Big Brother” to one of our best-selling pumps! Expect the same quality that customers have come to expect from the MKII Pump (PMP500) but with more power. This 65 watt magnetic drive pump is powerful enough for homebrewers and micro brewers alike. Use it to move hot wort in an all-grain system and also to transfer wort from boil kettle to fermenter. The pump head is made from 304 grade stainless steel with 3/4″ threaded ports that can easily be converted to tri-clamp. The magnetic drive allows you to slow down the flow without damaging the pump. This pump is not self-priming so do not run the pump dry. The pump head can be rotated in 60-degree increments, allowing for 6 different pump head orientations.

We recommend adding two 1.5″ T.C. x 3/4″ Female BSPP adapters to the ports. From there you can use a ForgeFit 1.5″ T.C. x Male QD to use quick disconnects with your lines, or convert to your preferred tri-clamp fittings.

The KegLand Cannular can seamer is one of the most compact and easy to use benchtop can seamers around. With a single operator you can seam/seal the cans in under 5 seconds meaning this compact machine is suitable for small breweries or brewpubs doing small production runs. The Cannular comes with a die for a size 202 beer can lid. Additional dies will be available in the future, but for right now, only cans with a size 202 lid can be canned on this machine.

SAFE 24 VOLT POWER (OPTIONAL) If you have ever used a can seamer you would know that you can sometimes spill liquids while processing cans. As a result we have made the Cannular machine with 24v DC so even when you make a mess you don’t have a risk of electrocuting yourself. This also makes the machine easier to clean and wash down. An optional step down transformer plugs into any 110 volt outlet. If you do not purchase this optional transformer, you need to get an Anderson Plug twin wire lead so you can feed power into the Cannular Canning Machine. Suitable DC power sources besides transformers include cordless drill batteries, and even car batteries.

GO ANYWHERE & EASILY RECYCLED Cans are a fantastic choice for outdoor events, parties, pool events, or at the beach. Broken glass can be dangerous and difficult to clean up completely. Cans on the other hand are the safest choice in this respect.

LIGHT BLOCK Many beverages especially beer can get damaged quickly due to light. If you expose many beers to sunlight for even 5 minutes the beer can become light damaged (“skunked”). Even softer light such as indoor lights will damage beer over time and noticeable skunking can occur with both incandescent and fluorescent light globes within hours. So unless you keep your glass bottles in the dark all the time you will compromise the beer quality. Aluminium cans solve this problem by blocking 100% of damaging light. Dimensions 14″ depth x 9″ wide x 20″ height.

The Cannular Canning machine comes already adjusted to use the 500ml cans that we sell. If however you use different can sizes or the machine has become out of alignment in shipping you may need to adjust the Cannular.

Made from 304 grade stainless steel and has an integrated (concealed) 36 Watt heating element which runs on any 110 volt outlet. No need to worry about accessories such as heating belts and external temperature controllers. This stainless steel fermenter will keep your yeast at optimal temperature during colder months. The welding is smooth and the outer body has a sleek brushed stainless finish making it easy to clean and maintain. The heating element is a ring around the bottom of the fermenter, and is not in the bottom, which means your yeast cake will not get heated and contribute off flavors. Holds 35 liters or 8.5 gallons, although the interior liter marks end at 30, and the gallon markers on the inside end at 8 gallons.

The efficient 36 watt element will heat 5 gallons about 2-3° per hour. For example, if you put 5 gallons of wort with a temperature of 64° F in at 9am, with an ambient room temperature of 65° F, by 4pm the wort should be about 80° F assuming you set the fermentation temperature for 84° F. or higher. It will heat to a maximum of 35 degrees above room ambient temperature, so if your room is 65° F, and you will be able to heat to a maximum of 100° F, which takes about 24 hours to reach from a starting temperture of 65°. If your ambient temperature is a lot colder performance will be less, so your mileage will vary. So you can ferment Kveik yeasts with this fermenter.

The base inside this unit is a dome so it is easy to clean while the rotating rack arm enables you to drain out all the fermented beer or wine. The valve and racking come out easily for cleaning between batches. The outlet on the valve is barbed to accept 3/8″ interior diameter tubing, and 3′ of tubing are included.

Although not designed for the Bucket Buddy, the Fermzilla 27 Liter Jacket fits this unit fairly well if you need more insulation for colder situations.

NOTE:The lid is also a dome so this vessel can take a very small amount of pressure (2 PSI) but not enough for pressure transfers or pressurised fermentations.

To change the display from Centigrade to Fahrenheit, press both the plus and minus buttons on the control pad for 10 seconds.

The 65 Liter KegLand Digiboil is an 17 gallon electric boiling pot with precise digital control. It requires a 220 volt plug, and features 3500 watts of total power, selectable with two switches. Perfect for brewing, distilling, sous vide cooking, and more. Keep in mind that although it has an 17 gallon capacity, we recommend you boil no more than 11 gallons, to allow head space to prevent damaging boil overs.

The digital display can be set to any temperature between 32° and 212° F, and hold that temperature to plus or minus 5 degrees. The valve features standard 1/2″ threads, so you can fit female NPT 1/2″ accessories such as cam lock fittings to the spigot for attaching chillers and other accessories. The rim features clamps, and standard Robobrew and Grainfather distilling lids will fit perfectly.

This unit must be plugged into a dedicated 220 volt outlet to operate. The unit should not be submersed in water. 30″ tall, 19″ wide. The 220 volt power cord is 5′ long.

When brewing with malt extract, you will need to get your water boiling, then shut off the heat momentarily while you stir the extract in to dissolve. This eliminates the extract from burning on the bottom, and prevents the thermostat protective circuit from throwing an error. As soon as the extract is dissolved, turn back on the heat and brew.

Note: The Digiboil is primarily designed for boiling, distilling, and heating sparge water. It is not designed for Brew In Bag or mashing directly in the unit. If you suspend a large grain bag in the unit or add mash directly to the unit, it will throw a thermal protection error, because the grain or the grain bag will cover the thermostat, which will then shut off the heating element.

Make cleaning your electric brewery easier with the Low Volume CIP Spray rotor. A low-flow spray head for low voltage pumps from 6w to 25w. The perfect spray head for 5 and 10 gallon vessels, including Mash & Boil with Pump and Brewzilla. The red cleaning unit features 1/2″ straight threads and attaches to the included 1/2″ hose barb with nut. Functions a bit like a keg washer – just turn it on and let it spin for 15 minutes or so with a suitable cleanser like Brewer’s Edge Cleanser or Kemphos 2001. Unlike simple rinsing, this unit really deep cleans the impossible to visually inspect interior plumbing of your brewery.

What makes it even more effective is you can turn the heat on your electric brewery up to say 160 degrees F, and the splashing cleanser will be more effective than at room temperature.

CIP (Clean in Place) Spray Balls are generally used for vessels that are too large to move. Since they’re too large to move you… clean them in place. If you have a larger setup, you could incorporate these into your system or routine to help clean your vessels more easily.

Other possible homebrew applications: A CIP ball could be as part of a recirculating or sparging setup or as part of a keg or carboy cleaning setup. I use a (different model) rotary spray ball with my Mark II Keg and Carboy Cleaner. See: Mark II Keg and Carboy Washer Mod – SS CIP Spray Ball. Make sure the components you use are compatible and rated for your intended application. Contact manufacturer with questions about suitability or a specific application. Always read and follow manufacturer directions.

Compact ball lock spunding valve features a 0-30 PSI gauge and now features an adjustable manual pressure pull ring relief valve (adjusts from 0-15 PSI). The adjustable manual pressure release can be removed, and a corny keg pressure relief valve installed in its place. The gauge features a standard DuoTight 8mm stem, and can be replaced with our DuoTight gauges, like our items C18, Z97, and E69 if desired.

Lots of ways to use this and upgrade it. If you want more accuracy than the manual adjustable spring loaded relief valve, you can upgrade with our item C16 DuoTight Blowtie valve, which has a rubber diaphragm valve which will always be more accurate at low pressures than the included spring loaded adjustable relief valve. If you do this, you will also need DuoTight Joiner, item number C70.

You can also replace the manual adjustable relief valve with preset keg relief valves like our item G65 (17 PSI) or B54 (0-30 PSI).

Integrated solenoid valve cuts off flow when your set volume is dispensed
Unlike other hose timers that simply measure time, the Fill-O-Meter measures volume and will automatically turn off when the programmed volume of water is dispensed. Enter your desired volume of water, press Start, and tend to other brew day prep work. Install in-line with your water filter to automatically collect filtered strike water, or measure out how much water you need to mix with cleaning chemicals for a precise dilution ratio.

We recommend setting up the Fill-O-Meter with either Duotight fittings or Type A Camlocks. Thread tape will be required for the Camlock. Use sparingly as too much plumber’s tape can damage the plastic thread. And it is very important to never overtighten!

The Hop Bong is a versatile pressurizable tri-clamp accessory that is perfect for purging oxygen from your dry hops before dropping them into your fermenter. In my opinion, the fact that MoreBeer adapter the Hop Bong for use with X1 fermenters speaks to how well these work.
