If you want to jump into all grain brewing right from your first batch, or as an upgrade from malt extract brewing, the Robobrew is a complete turn key solution. The Robobrew is an all-in-one electric brewery that has built in elements for heating and boiling, programmable mash schedule and delayed start, a built in pump for recirculation, an onboard water resistant control panel for setting and monitoring temperatures, a removable grain basket, and a built in spigot for transferring. It is extremely portable and uses 110V power so it can be used nearly anywhere.

Automatic Step Mashing!
One of the coolest features of the Robobrew is the ability to program the unit with up to 6 individual temperatures and durations so you can step mash precisely how you desire. Simply press the “S1-S6” button to select the stage you want to adjust, and use the temp, time and +/- buttons to program the stage. If you have less than 6 stages in your mash schedule, program the stages you want to skip with 00:00 as the time and the controller will automatically move on to the next step. When all the stages are complete, the Robobrew will sound an alarm and hold the last set temperature.

The programmable stages can also be used to set a delayed start of up to 23 hours in advance so that you can have your water hot and ready to go when you get home from work or wake up in the morning. In order to do this, fill the unit with strike water and program the controller with two steps. Step 1 should be programmed at a temperature lower than the unheated strike water (so the elements will remain off), and the duration should be programmed for however long you want the delay. Then program Step 2 with your desired strike water temperature and a duration of 1-2 hours, giving the Robobrew ample time to heat up and giving you a margin of error in case you hit the snooze button the morning of brew day.

The built in magnetic drive pump easily recirculates the wort during the mash. We recommend getting some silicone tubing to go with the recirculation arm. This allows you more control over the recirculation and you can then use the same tubing to transfer your wort to your fermenter.

Dual heating elements run off of a single 110 volt plug and have individual switches allowing for more control over the heating process. One element is 1000 watts and the other is 500 for a combined 1500 watts! Use both when you need to ramp up the temperature quickly either at the start to get to your mash temp or to go from your mash temp to boiling. Use only one of the elements when you want to hold a temperature.

The digital control panel makes it easy to see the current temperature and set the temperature you want. The digital controller is also water resistant so don’t worry about spills or some water dripping down the side. This controller is built for brewing!

The brewery also includes a stainless steel malt pipe with false bottom allowing you to easily shift from mash tun to boil kettle during your brew day. The malt pipe includes a handle to lift it from the RoboBrew and tabs at the base so you can set the malt pipe over the RoboBrew to let the wort drain out. It also has feet at its base to raise the malt pipe slightly off the base and help prevent clogging.

The included Robobrew stainless steel wort chiller is shipped with bare ends so you can set it up for your situation. We list below the most common tubing and fittings to connect to a hose, hose bib, or faucet.

New Detachable RAPT WIFI Controller

The RAPT portal has many features: you can see a record of your previous brews, remotely control the unit and turn it on to preheat from your phone, alter temperature settings from your phone, and more. Custom mash temperature profiles can be created and stored, alarms can be set if you want it to remind you when to add hop stages, or tell you when the strike water is heated and it is time to mash. All functions go through the RAPT controller; there are no longer toggle switches to control things like wattage and the pump.

New Concave Draining Base

The new base is dished towards the center so it drains all the wort. No need to tilt the unit to extract every drop of wort.

Larger Capacity Malt Pipe with Two Positions

The new high flow malt pipe is 20% larger than the old, meaning the 35 Liter Brewzilla can now mash up to 20 pounds of crushed malt per batch. This is great for high gravity beers, and enabled by the new concave base drain, which gave the designers more room for a malt pipe. The malt pipe also now has two positions, so you can lift it halfway up and twist for smaller batches, or lift it all the way like before for full batches. This is the latest version, with side perforations in addition to bottom of the basket perforations.

Easy Access Pump

The bottom cover has been reduced in size to only house the sensitive electrical components. This leave the pump easily accessible in case you need to clear a clog or replace a drain hose.

The Gen 4 Brewzilla with Pump from KegLand features a recirculation pump, as well as a false bottom and grain pipe to both protect the pump from clogging, and hold the crushed grain above the bottom for good wort circulation. The Unit holds 9 gallons, although we do not recommend boiling more than 6½ gallons (perfect for 5-6 gallon batches). The grain pipe (basket) holds up to 20 pounds of crushed malt, and a pipe with included silicone hose on top feeds the recirculated wort from the pump evenly on top of the grain bed. Runs on any GFCI protected 110 volt plug with at least 15 amps. Includes a free Chiller Tubing Connection Kit with 15’ of tubing. Dimensions: 12” by 12” by 25” with the grain pipe removed.

This all stainless fitting features a ball lock beer side connection, a ¼” male flare threaded outlet, and adjustable flow control. Perfect for making keg mounted faucets where you do not have 4′ of 3/16″ interior diameter tubing to reduce foaming. Adjust the flow when it leaves the keg!

If you want to make a ball lock keg faucet, you will need to purchase this connector, plus our items I26 Faucet Adapter, X85 Nukatap Faucet, D87 Concave Washer, and a tap handle of your choice. This disconnect is 3″ tall.

Note: Due to variances in machining, these vary a bit as far as how much flow they constrict at a given turn of the knob. So if you have more than one, one may require a different amount of knob turning to achieve the same flow constricting result. Also, these have a bit more restriction than normal wide open ball lock disconnects even when they are fully open, something to keep in mind.

A Spunding Valve allows you to maintain a set pressure. If pressure in the vessel exceeds the set point, it is expelled. It generally consists of an adjustable PRV valve, a tee, a gauge and a way to connect to your keg.

New Detachable RAPT WIFI Controller

The RAPT portal has many features: you can see a record of your previous brews, remotely control the unit and turn it on to preheat from your phone, alter temperature settings from your phone, and more. Custom mash temperature profiles can be created and stored, alarms can be set if you want it to remind you when to add hop stages, or tell you when the strike water is heated and it is time to mash. All functions go through the RAPT controller; there are no longer toggle switches to control things like wattage and the pump.

New Concave Draining Base

The new base is dished towards the center so it drains all the wort. No need to tilt the unit to extract every drop of wort.

Larger Capacity Malt Pipe with Two Positions

The new high flow malt pipe is 20% larger than the old, meaning the 35 Liter Brewzilla can now mash up to 20 pounds of crushed malt per batch. This is great for high gravity beers, and enabled by the new concave base drain, which gave the designers more room for a malt pipe. The malt pipe also now has two positions, so you can lift it halfway up and twist for smaller batches, or lift it all the way like before for full batches. This is the latest version, with side perforations in addition to bottom of the basket perforations.

Easy Access Pump

The bottom cover has been reduced in size to only house the sensitive electrical components. This leave the pump easily accessible in case you need to clear a clog or replace a drain hose.

The Gen 4 Brewzilla with Pump from KegLand features a recirculation pump, as well as a false bottom and grain pipe to both protect the pump from clogging, and hold the crushed grain above the bottom for good wort circulation. The Unit holds 9 gallons, although we do not recommend boiling more than 6½ gallons (perfect for 5-6 gallon batches). The grain pipe (basket) holds up to 20 pounds of crushed malt, and a pipe with included silicone hose on top feeds the recirculated wort from the pump evenly on top of the grain bed. Runs on any GFCI protected 110 volt plug with at least 15 amps. Includes a free Chiller Tubing Connection Kit with 15’ of tubing. Dimensions: 12” by 12” by 25” with the grain pipe removed.

The Kegmenter is a 13.2 gallon 304 stainless keg with a 4” diameter tri clover lid on the top. Ball lock fittings with dip tubes are built into the lid so you can use this as either a large ball lock keg or a 10 gallon fermenter. The beer dip tube features a silicone hose and floating pick up ball, to collect the clearest beer from the top of the keg.

The Kegmenter features a 50 PSI rating (with relief valve) so it can be used as a keg or as a pressurized fermenter if desired. The 4” diameter lid makes it easy to clean out, and adds the ability to add dry hops and other additives either during a ferment or after kegging.

The ability to hold up to 50 PSI also means the Kegmenter can be used with an adjustable pressure relief valve (see item P84 below) to naturally carbonate in the keg, or to push beer out when the ferment is done with C02, either into smaller kegs, a filter, or even dispense from the fermenter if desired. 23” tall, 17” wide.

The MKII Pump from Keg Land is a magnetic drive high temperature pump capable of pumping hot wort at temperatures of up to 248° F. It can pump up to 5 gallons per minute, making it perfect for 5 to 20 gallon systems. The maximum height it can pump is 11’ although gallons per minute will be reduced at higher pumping elevations.

The pump head and impeller are constructed of food grade Xarec plastic (very similar to Polysulphone). The magnetic drive acts as a clutch allowing the user to put back pressure on the pump to slow down flow. Like all magnetic drive wort pumps, it is not self priming – you must flood the pump head before turning on the pump. The pump has ½” BSP male fittings on the inlet and outlet, which are compatible with all our ½” female NPT fittings. The inlet is in the center. Besides Xarec plastic, other wetted interior materials are nitrile rubber and stainless steel.

The magnetic drive ensures no lubricated bearings are in contact with the liquid at all, so you can be sure there is no chance of any contamination of the liquid being pumped. The pump features a 67” power cord, and a mounting plate for permanent mounting. The pump is 7¾” in overall length, and 3¼” wide including the mounting plate. The polysulfone head can be mounted at any angle on the pump to fit your application (an optional stainless head, William’s item Q80, is also available). Shop around and compare, we think this is the best value currently available in a high temperature wort transfer pump.

Important Safety Notice: This pump, like all 110 volt items that run in potentially wet areas, should be plugged into a GFI protected outlet for safety.

The KegLand Stainless Steel Mini Beer Kegs are specifically designed for home brewing/growler dispensing. They are suited to small batches and suited to people who want to fit them into their home refrigerators. You can naturally carbonate using priming sugars or force carbonate and serve your beer with the optional ball lock lid (item P07, see at right). They come with a silicone gasket sealed stainless threaded lid, so you can fill them with beer and let them naturally carbonate, or carbonate as needed with the optional P07 ball lock lid. You will be given a chance to buy this lid (you do not need a Ball Lock Lid for every keg) when you put this in your cart.

These fit into a standard domestic refrigerator. The optional Ball Lock lid for these kegs use a flexible silicone dip tube the kegs can also be dispensed on their side or upright. The flexible silicone dip tube of lid P07 is heavier than beer, and will sink to the bottom even if the kegs are on their side. Kegs are equipped with a 30 PSI relief valve, and have a maximum pressure of 45 PSI.

Kegland Mini Kegs use the gold standard acid bath electrolosis to pacify the 304 grade stainless steel making the more resistant to rust than any other mini keg on the market. These are the only mini keg that uses a special robotic technique to weld the kegs from the inside out. This means KegLand gets a superior welding finish that is more sanitary than any other mini keg available.
