About Snaplock Fittings, via William’s Brewing: “Type 316 stainless steel Snaplock fittings are great for quickly and securely connecting tubing and pipes to any 1/2″ NPT hose thread fittings. Since 1/2″ NPT hose thread is standard on everything from brewing kettle outlet valves to pumps, these make it easy to connect wort chillers, pumps, and more. The patented Snaplock design features a replaceable food grade silicone washer in the coupler half (that lasts for years) that will withstand temperatures of up to 250° F. To use, just place the female coupler over the male adapter, and push the twin locking cam levers back to seal. The locking cam levers on the couplers feature removable rings and locking holes in case you need to lock the coupler in an attached posit”
As of this posting, William’s Brewing is discounting their entire lineup of Snap Lock Fittings by 15%. No coupon code is necessary. Discounts will be reflected in your cart. Note that this is valid for stock on hand.

Camlock QDs at PFD! I’ve used ProFlow Dynamics Quick Disconnects on my kettles, mash tun, pumps and tubing for a longtime. They have worked great for me. I put male connectors kettles, mash tuns and pumps and use female connectors for tubing. Standardizing on this (or the opposite) means you can use tubing as jumpers and always have the availability to connect your gear.
These are made from Stainless Steel and are available in lots of configurations. Those are classified by Type and Size. Type may mean something in “commercial cam lock fitting circles”, but I was initially confused by this. Types are akin to model numbers. For example, Type A is Female NPT to Male Cam and Groove.
Generally Great Prices: ProFlow already has generally great prices. Some of the best everyday prices for fittings, QDs, ball locks & more

True Weldless bulkheads are available in a number of configurations for varied applications. The 5/8″ Barb version is included in their Cooler Conversion Kit. I’ve used that extensively
If you’ve dealt with other weldless kits and bulkheads you’ll know that typically a certain finesse is required when installing. They can be a bit of a pain to to get working correctly and can require some adjustments over time to keep leaks under control. Depending on the design “just tight enough” is really close to “too tight, your o-ring just popped out”. True Weldless bulkheads – at least the style I have – are well thought out, well built and you can actually tighten them down.
A real issue with these and a lot of other stuff that Brew Hardware carries is availability. They seem to struggle. Along with that offerings can change quickly.

BrewBuilt Dial Thermometer – 3 in. Face x 6 in. Probe via MoreBeer. 3″ Face x 6″ Probe. Add to your kettle, MLT, HLT or inline as part of your brew system.
About
from MoreBeer…
BrewBuilt Bi-Metal Thermometers are top-of-the-line measuring instruments, made in the USA by Tel-Tru manufacturing. Maintain the overall precision of your brew system with these incredibly accurate and generally superior thermometers. These are produced according to strict standards, comparable to ISO9000 quality, and are set up with an 8 year manufacturers warranty boasting that quality.
Bi-metal thermometers are the level of quality you want when a few degree difference results in a completely different malt profile on your beer. While a bit more expensive, you won’t ever mess up a batch because of incorrect temperature readings. The 6″ Stem here is perfect for Mash Tuns, as it will reach further into the mash to get a more representative reading.
Are all bi-metal thermometers created equal? Not really. The problem with most bi-metal thermometers is that hang ups occur and you have to tap the thermometer to get an accurate reading. The cause of the problem is that the bimetallic helical coil in the stem of other bi-metal thermometers is tack welded to the stem itself. Our new line of thermometers feature a super sensitive bimetallic helical coil suspended from a copper coated bushing fixed in the stem.
This superior design provides a faster response to temperature changes and assures more accurate readings. What does this mean? You don’t have to tap the gauge with your finger as much.
They are also accurate to 1% of the total range, feature a polished 3″ 304 s/s housing, a hermetically sealed water proof case, glass face, external calibration capabilities, and a unique anti-parallax dial that provides for easy reading. The reading is actually taken from the last 2.5″ of the probe.
Features:
Large 3″ Dial Face for easy readings
6″ Stem perfect for Boil Kettles and HLTs
High Grade Stainless Steel Construction and hermetically sealed casing
Can be calibrated with 1/16″ Allen Wrench (Though should never be needed)
Dual Scale Range: 0-220° F, -10 to 100° C
Back Connection is 1/2″ MPT, stem is 1/4″ SS
8 year Manufacturer Warranty
