The beauty of mixing wine and technology is that it makes wine season almost non-existent. From juice to frozen grapes, fruit wine to concentrate – you can make pretty good wine year-round these days, and that can only be a good thing. Well, sometimes it can, anyway. Our wine never seems to be good for more than vinegar barrel fodder, or drinking after all the good wine is gone. I keep a keep a few different writing instruments handy around my home brewery. In additional to standard pens and pencils for note taking and such I also keep a selection of Sharpies nearby along with China peel off marker pencils.
11′ x 14″ Magnetic dry erase board. This includes mounting strips, two magnets, and a dry erase marker.
You can use a dry erase board in your beer room or brewing area to list what’s on tap, what’s on deck. what’s aging, what’s fermenting etc. You could also use one of these boards to plan and track your brew day and boil additions.
