Palmer Premium Beer Kits – Little Barnabas – Palmer Premium Beer Kits – JZ Früh – Kolsch from MoreBeer
From the product description, check product page for current description, price and availability:
The award-winning recipe from Brewing Classic Styles by Jamil Zainasheff and John Palmer, prepared and assembled in a ready to brew ingredient kit!
Kolsch is the original light beer, and is a favorite style of homebrewers everywhere. It is brewed to have a softly sweet malt character and a clean crisp finish. Likewise, the hop character of this style is soft and balancing. Some examples have a slight fruitiness, such as apple or pear, but this character takes backseat to the soft malt and hops. Overall, this style has superb drinkability, but it can be challenging to brew well. This recipe is tried and true and hopefully will bring as much satisfaction to you as it has to us.

We Like Space will convert your carbon-based taste buds into pure energy and beam your consciousness to unknown worlds! The flavor of this high-gravity, fluffy-soft brew is like drinking the nectar from an interstellar pineapple while sitting on a beach of turquoise sand, watching sanguine waves crash and recede against the backdrop of a binary sunset. Travelers beware this quasar quenching Hazy Double IPA. Journey too close and it will trap your senses in orbit, slowly pulling you beyond the event horizon to a point where your desire for beer becomes a singularity.
With a 12 oz payload of Citra®, El Dorado, and Mosaic®, We Like Space is one of our most highly-hopped recipe kits. Extremely tropical, with notes of passion fruit, mango, citrus, and pineapple. A heavy helping of Flaked Oats provides a full body and creamy texture, fine-tuned by a late boil addition of maltodextrin.
The out-of-this-world graphic is as much of an inside joke as the name itself. After a long brainstorm of potential beer names, the resulting list had an overwhelming theme of sci-fi and astronomical references. When a coworker remarked that the names didn’t make sense, noticing that there were no additions of Galaxy or Comet, our intrepid kit developers looked at one another, shrugged, looked back at their coworker and said flatly “We like space.”
Makes 5 gallons
Estimated Original Gravity: 1.080-85
SRM (Color Range): 3-4
IBUs: 20
Estimated Alcohol Percentage: 8.3%

Flashing Lights is a delicious IPA that is bittered with Chinook and heavily dosed with Citra®, Mosaic® and Cascade. Beautifully aromatic and very easy drinking, this is a definite crowd pleaser! Flashing Lights is one of the many innovative rotating beers brewed by Cloudburst Brewing.
Cloudburst Brewing in Seattle Washington is one of our favorite craft breweries. We met Steve Luke (owner and head brewer) up at the Yakima Fresh Hop Ale Festival and were thoroughly impressed with his beer. After tasting every beer at the festival, there was no question that the Cloudburst Wet Hop IPA was best in show.
Steve, being an ex-homebrewer, was happy to help MoreBeer! with one of his famous IPAs. If you are not familiar with the amazing Cloudburst IPAs he makes, you might be familiar with another IPA of his, Elysian Space Dust. Cloudburst brews up a constantly rotating selection of flavorful and unique brews. Stop by the tasting room the next time you are in Seattle; until then, you’ll just have to brew up some Flashing Lights!

Estimated Original Gravity:1.062-67

As of this posting, Label Peelers is discounting their lineup of beer recipe kits by a whopping 40%.
Most kits are included, although there are some exceptions.
Shipping is an additional cost based on your location. Because of minimum shipping costs, it may make sense to place a larger order. Additional items may ship for minimal cost. Example: Shipping (for me) for 1 lb of Citra is $8.93. 2 lbs cost $9.18 to ship. That second pound costs just 25 cents to ship. That’s minimum shipping at work.
