Introducing MoreBeer!’s Flash Brewing Kits! Designed for both novice and seasoned homebrewers, these innovative recipe kits allow you to simply mix the ingredients with water and add yeast for fermentation. This streamlined process not only saves you valuable time but also simplifies brewing without sacrificing flavor. Say hello to a faster, easier way to craft exceptional beer at home.
Typically, brewing requires you to boil your malt and hops for one hour, followed by another hour for cooling. Flash Brewing eliminates the need to boil. Our Flash Brewing Malt recipes have been boiled and whirlpooled before they are dried. We then use a HopBite™ shot for bitterness combined with a mix of traditional hop pellets and extracts for flavor. Flash Yeast™ starts quickly and consistently produces clean beer that lets the malt and hops shine. The result is a high-quality beer that will absolutely surprise you.

Sometimes you just want a reliable, simple beer that you know will quench your thirst. Our Reina del Sol Lager is modeled after the most popular Mexican-style lager in the U.S., Corona Extra. Whether you’re relaxing under the sun on a pool day or getting beat down by merciless rays on a chore day, you can always count on this crisp, refreshing Mexican Cerveza to cool you off. To make it a true to form cerveza, ferment cold with a Mexican yeast strain like CellarScience® BAJA. Originally developed and popularized by the Modelo Group, this Mexican yeast strain produces clean lagers and finishes dry.

From the “prices on everything continue to skyrocket” department the price on this has stayed the same since May of 2022 when we featured this as a Kit of the Week deal. At that time the all grain kit was $23.99 and the extract kit was $31.99.
Looking for the perfect Pale Ale to share with friends this summer? Do you like a Pale Ale with a rich malt flavor and a ton of hop character but without an overwhelming bitterness? Then the Pale Ale II should be your next brew.
We took our American Pale recipe and upped the malt, threw a ton of hops in the finish for flavor, but kept the bitterness the same. We think toning down the perceived bitterness is one reason we consistently get great reviews from brewers sharing this with friends.
Keeping it real: Part of the success of this kit is blending a lot of Willamette and Cascade hops in the finish. This isn’t a wild, new or crazy idea… this is old school. Cascade and Willamette were the hops that helped put craft brewing on the map in the 1980’s. The reason they are still so popular… they make a damn good beer. We like damn good beer. And yes we like to wear our Sperry Topsiders and listen to Van Halen when we drink this (note if you were born in the 80’s ignore this comment).
