Right from the start I knew there was something special with the Ss Brewtech fermenter as I opened the box it came in. Having received some gear that came out of torn and collapsing boxes recently, it stood out to me how the box was completely together. While you might chalk that up to how careful the delivery guy was, I could tell this box was designed with purpose. The thickness of the layers, and the construction of the layers were clearly designed to handle both scrapes and crushing loads. All this might seem trivial, until you unbox that new shiny piece of equipment you’ve spent your hard-earned dollars on and find it scratched, scuffed, or slightly out of round. With the thought and purpose Ss Brewtech put into their packaging, you can tell that they wouldn’t accept those careless things to happen to their equipment. And that counts.

Our new 1 BBL Chronical has several progressive features often found on pro equipment, such as a dedicated sampling port, all-stainless squeeze trigger butterfly valves, and a large domed lid with 3” lid ferule.  Perfect for dry hoping, CIP operation, and installing our optional blow-off cane.

Furthermore, the chiller coil and neoprene insulating jacket are included with the 1 BBL Chronical, so that even commercial breweries can intermingle the vessel with their existing glycol loops and cellar installations.

Since their launch, we sold our first batch of stock in under 30 days.  Primarily to nano breweries looking to bolt on capacity and full commercial operations looking to pilot batches, but also to home brewers that love to brew large quantities of their favorite recipes!

In addition, our new Brew Bucket Mini includes a host of new features, including a specially designed silicone base, 3/8” rotatable stainless ball valve and dip tube/racking arm, conical bottom, and etched volume markings.  In addition, the total volume of the Brew Bucket Mini is 3.5 gallons, offering nearly 20% of headspace for 3 gallon batches.  We even have 5 gallon brewers that split batches using 2 Brew Bucket Minis for testing multiple yeast strains.  Lastly, the Brew Bucket mini is made of 100% sanitary 304 stainless, and will outlast any plastic bucket!
