MoreBeer has marked their Fermentap Carboy Drainer down to $9.95.  The stand is constructed of plastic rings and stainless steel legs.  It’s made in the US.

I’ve owned this for quite a while.  I went with this vs the other design that’s out there because I liked the fact that this one accommodates carboys with carboy handles installed.  MoreBeer also touts this unit’s height saying that this keeps the neck of the carboy above the water line and allows carboys to drain more quickly.
