But, for many years, John has also generously made the first edition of the book available online for… FREE.
The site has experienced some long term outages over the years, sometimes months at a time. I noticed John posted on Facebook that no only is the site back, it’s now offering the 3rd edition for free!
As mentioned the free edition being offering online is the 3rd edition. The 4th edition is the most current as of this update.
