I have an impulse sealer and find it useful for giving vacuum sealed hops (and more) an extra level of sealing. This is particularly helpful for thicker Mylar bags. I’ll vacuum and seal with my vacuum sealer and then give the bag a quick extra seal using the impulse sealer.
