I find it interesting that in the pictures they show an inline air filter on the carboy cap. The description mentions both being included. Any idea why they would use the air filter like that?
Hi Adam,
The inline filter is used in conjunction with the carboy hood and racking cane as a means to pressurize the inside of the carboy for racking. You can either blow in it or hook it up to gas.
