Chapman Equipment 7 Gallon Ported UniVessel – Fermenter and Kettle
7 Gallon Stainless Steel Fermenter by Chapman Brewing Equipment. Easy to clean. 12″ inner diameter, 16″ height (14″ diameter at widest point and 20″ height including ball valve and airlock).
This is a UniVessel because it can function as both a fermenter and as a boil kettle. You can boil and ferment in the same vessel. Check out my hands on review of this fermenter… Hands On: Chapman Brewing SteelTank Fermenter

I have the ported and unported 7 gallon fermenters. I like them both, but the port is just too low to be useful for most of my beers – at least as primary. It should be fine as a secondary, but with any amount of yeast/trub, and you are sucking that through the port.
The unported had a better setup for the airlock. The first one I got – ported – had a small hole with a gasket for the airlock. The gasket didn’t look like it would last long, so I’ve since drilled that out to fit a standard stopper. The newer unported one has a large hole that fits a big (I think #10) stopper. Same one I use on my 2L yeast starter flask.
