Related News… A new research study has been conducted by the Gluten Intolerance Group studying the effects of “gluten removed beers” on those with Celiac Disease. These are beers brewed with traditional gluten containing grains but treated with an enzyme (ClartiyFerm or Brewers Clarex on the commercial scale). The results weren’t great.
