The MK4 Dual Pressure Regulator by KegLand provides a reading of keg dispensing pressure, as well as an accurate indication of cylinder gas level. By turning the center knob, you can adjust the dispensing pressure from 0 – 90 PSI. The MK4 features gauges housed in rubber to protect them from dings, as well as a large 2½” diameter diaphragm so it can both handle several kegs at once if needed, and the large diaphragm also lets you have precise control over the dispensing pressure (which you adjust with the center knob). This model has two bodies, so you can have two different dispensing pressures out of one C02 Cylinder.
Includes ¼” male flare outlets and Z93 8mm Duotight tubing adapters so you can connect either traditional threaded ¼” gas lines or 8mm Duotight tubing. Includes a safety relief valve, but does not have a check valve built into the bottom inlet. This regulator includes two nylon tank sealing washers, and will accept nylon or fiber tank sealing washers.
The high pressure gauge threads are traditional right hand, as are the threads for the lower flare outlet fitting.11½” long, this regulator needs to be attached to a C02 tank that is firmly secured to prevent it from falling over for safety.
This is a multi gas regulator, and can be used with nitrogen gas tanks if you purchase optional adapter D15.
If you want to convert this to accept 5/16″ inner diameter gas tubing (common in older kegerators), you will also need to order item D87 Concave Washer and item D08 5/16″ Swivel Barb fitting for each outlet.
A two pressure regulator gives you the ability to keep kegs at different pressures. This is a requirement to maintain two distinct carbonation levels. It’s also handy if you want to force carbonate a keg more quickly, at a higher pressure, while maintaining your standard serving pressure on a keg that’s already being served or if you want to have a utility line for purging kegs and such.
The MK4 two pressure regulator is included in the mix and just $82.99 at checkout with the sale.
