You could use this as part of a kegerator/keezer build or as a fermentation chamber.  You would need to use an overriding type thermostat for either of those.  Consider: Inkbird Dual Stage Temp Controller

    For what it’s worth, I ordered one of these shortly after another time you posted it here, on August 18th. The status still shows “Not yet shipped. Carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery time.”

    I got one email 3 days ago that says, “We’re encountering a delay in shipping your order and we’re unable to meet your chosen delivery date.”

    I don’t know if it will ever ship or not but I’m keeping the order unless/until I find something else. My keezer died in July. There is no chest freezer stock anywhere and all the appliance or HVAC repair places I called wouldn’t do a freezer compressor replacement. Let’s see…
